The Mod Options selection criteria allows you to specify whether to include mod documents only, original documents only,  or both in the output.

Note: Please be aware that you can only import just originals, or just mods, but not both together in the import file. So if you export both together, you will have to manually separate them into separate import files. Therefore, we recommend choosing originals only on the PO - Originals export, and choosing mods only on the PO - Mods export.
