The Plan Sets to Lock selection criteria will help determine which plan sets will be included in the resulting output. The following two options are available:
- The highest Plan Set version for the specified Plan Set name - When this option is selected, the user will need to identify a specific plan set name from the drop-down list. The resulting output will be limited to plan sets having the specified plan set name, but will only include the "highest" version number for that plan set. As such, it is possible for the list to include plan sets from many projects having the same plan set name, while having different versions from each project (more specifically, having the latest or greatest version number for each project).
This drop-down list will include both active and inactive plan set names (such that you could 'lock' plan set names that have since been designated as inactive).
- Active Plan Set - When this option is selected, the resulting list will include a list of one plan set name per project, but will only include the plan set name that has been marked as 'active' on each project's plan set list. As such, the resulting list may include many different plan set names and versions as the results are completely dependent on which plan set has been marked as 'active' for each project.
Once the plan set is 'locked' all data attributes on those planning entries will be explicitly stored as overridden values.
