The Posting Organization selection criteria can be used to narrow down which organizations will be included in the output. By default, no filtering by organization will occur.
If you do not want to include all Posting Organizations, you can use the Posting Organization filter option and click on the filter icon () to narrow down the list of items in the multi-select box. Once you have narrowed down the list, you can further select and de-select individual items in the multi-select box.
What is eligible to appear in the multi-select box filtered results?
If the Use Financial Organizations (unanet.financials.use_financial_orgs) property is enabled, then the Organizations that may appear in the filtered results will include only those organizations that have been defined to be a "Financial Organization". This designation is defined on the Organization >> Edit >> Financials tab. If this property is not enabled, then all Organizations are eligible to appear in the filtered results.
Note: Additional Organization Access restrictions will only apply to users gaining access to this screen via the Billing Manager (or their alternate) role.
