Project - The Project selection criteria can be used to narrow down which Project Organizations and Projects will be included in the resulting matrix.
If you do not want to include all Project Organizations / Projects, you can use the Project filter options and click on the filter icon () to narrow down the list of items in the multi-select box. Once you have narrowed down the list, you can further select and de-select individual items in the multi-select box.
Data security (which projects are available)
The options available to refine the items included in the multi-select box include:
Org Code and Project Code Filter Fields
Show Org. Codes in filter only check box
Include inactive project in filter check box

Note that after making any changes to the filter criteria, you will need to click on the filter icon () or enter to re-populate the select box.
Display in Matrix - This radio button selection option will determine if the resulting matrix layout is to include Projects only, Tasks Only or both Projects and Tasks.
Task Name - This option will be disabled unless the Projects and Tasks options was specified in the Display in Matrix option above. When enabled, the user can provide the first X characters of a Task Name, and only those Task matching that string will be included in the resulting matrix output. Note that this version of the Task filter does not support the concept of a comma separated list.
Show Project Titles - When checked, the resulting matrix will include the project titles appended to the project codes in the various layouts.
