The Timesheet Status selection criteria can be used to limit which statuses to include in the output.  The Select all option allows you to toggle between having all options selected / unselected.

Note that this control influences the exporting of regular time and does not have any impact on which adjustments will be included in the output.  Whether adjustment data is included in the resulting output is controlled by the options in the "Adjustment" selection criteria.

When the Mark data as extracted option is selected, the administrator can only extract time data that has been COMPLETED, LOCKED or previously EXTRACTED, thus all other status options will become unavailable. Timesheets that are still INUSE or in the approval process cannot be included in an extract.
