The Timesheet Status selection criteria can be used to limit which statuses to include in the output. Review the statuses page for more information about the various timesheet status values. Note that in addition to the standard Timesheet statuses available, you can also search for:
Missing -- User's that have not yet created a timesheet for a particular time period (in order to match this criteria, the user's effective date must be less than or equal to the time period being run)
Pending Review -- This option will only appear if you have one of the following properties enabled :
Require Project Approver Review (unatime.pm.review.required)
When available, you can search for user's that have a pending review on their timesheet.
Various Adjustment Statuses -- This option allows you to view the timesheets including Pending Adjustments (in various phases of the Adjustment life cycle).
Suppress Adjustments -- When this option is selected, all other status options are disabled.
This feature allows you to view a version of the timesheet as it was when originally LOCKED or EXTRACTED. It will not include any adjustment details.
Note that when you check this option, the Adjustment Details section also becomes disabled. When this option is used, the Cell Details and Time In/Out Detail sections will reflect the values that were included with the original timesheet. The Approval History detail section, however, will continue to display a complete approval history such that when viewing an Original Timesheet Version you will know that it was subsequently Adjusted (though the details would not currently reflect those Adjustments).
Show Timesheets with Completed Unextracted Adjustments Only -- When this option is selected, all of the other Status options will become disabled. This option allows you to display those timesheets that have been adjusted, yet those adjustments have not yet been extracted.
