Sel Crit Task Name

The Task Name selection criteria can be used to narrow down the entries in the resulting output. This is a "best match" control, that is, the system will attempt to match tasks beginning with the characters you enter into this field.

Note that this option is not always available depending on factors such as; the project is managed at the project level and thus budgets or assignments cannot be created at the task level.

When entering selection criteria, the result set will include entries that match the first X characters entered in the entry field. The following characters can be entered as wild cards in the search selection criteria for certain fields:

% -- (percent sign) this character will match any number of characters --- for example: %net would match "Unanet", "Network", and "Basketball Net". By default, the % sign is appended (but not displayed) to all entered filter criteria. Thus entering "Una" alone or entering "Una%", would match: Unanet, UnaTime, Una$ense and UnaSource.
_ -- (underscore) this character will match any one character -- for example: X_Z would match "XYZ" and "XBZ" -- but not "XABZ"
You can also use a combination of these characters for complex matching --- for example: U_an% would match Unanet

Note that this version of the Task Name filter does NOT support a comma separated list of task names.
